Just tried this 10 min upper body workout and LOVED it! I've only ever done your kettlebells full workouts until this week when I tried out your legs workout and then this one. We all really loved it, got a great workout, and was perfect for a sandwich of exercise in between your full body sessions. Would love you to do more of this if you find the time. As ever- so appreciated
I did this right after your Biceps & Triceps workout - wow! I don't usually like push routines, but the length off this was perfect, and I loved the last few KB moves.
