In general when you have only 30 minute you try to focus more on the compound movements and the big muscle groups in order to keep the intensity on a decent level...calf are small muscle compared to quads glutes etc and if implement them i combine them with another important movement!

Doesn’t matter that much, for example with the double push press the heavy one is in the right side but when after it when we switch to decline press we have the heavy one on the left so we kind of even it out! With gorilla row we do both sides
If you follow the color coded lines that Daniel places in the video in the bottom right corner, on these 2 particular ones, I assume those are the arms he’s referencing. If that makes sense.
