Daniel as you know i am one of your biggest fans. I love the variety of the content. You explore different mediums and different lengths in the workouts and i love it. This short upper body suited my schedule as i did it the day before as i had a very intense hike the following day that was really going to tax my lower body. I feel your workouts are so adaptable to any regime. Great job as always.

Did this again today. I'm using 12kg and 16kg and definitely got a great workout with those! (I messed up though - I didn't realize that the first exercise was supposed to be alternating, so I did all one side and then had to go back and do the other! 😊)
Another great kettlebell workout! Any suggestions on modifying the "Kneeling Dynamic Bullet Curl"? I have just about no backward movement due to knees & obviously really tight quad/hamstring muscles. I barely move on the backward movement - suggestions?

I just realized that there are A LOT of rows in this routine - I guess that makes sense for a "pull" workout!
I truly like this workout, but all of the bent over movements are hard for my lower back as I get older (56 now).

I think the quad and the knee joints need to become a bit stronger ... but for this exercise you can just do the bullet curl without the dynamic part.
