@wombat5252 I think his point still stands - Are they okay with the products they are selling with their name on it and does it taste good to them? But would we really believe them if they ate it and liked it? With guy, probably 😂
I would trust a Gordon Ramsey restaurant (I think). Every review I ever see of any Guy Fieri Restaurant is dank and usually 2 stars. I guess tourists in places like Pigeon Forge will eat anything...
It would be more interesting if they each made something, then traded off and rated each other's food. Gordon has a show in which he films himself cooking food that would be for his family, so for families in general. It always looks super good, and he uses the highest quality ingredients. Most of us can't afford what he can buy, but he does sometimes suggest alternatives to the most expensive items. Guy cooks well, but he's a lot bolder in his flavors than Gordon. His food is absolutely for those who don't care about their weight, who have zero allergies, and who just love to eat REALLY good food. It'd be a very close competition, and I wouldn't want to make any bets on who the "winner" might be, both of them being superb chefs.
I haven't been subscribed the full 11 years, closer to 7 or 8 years, but I've always loved your wholesome attitude and your consistent structuring of your videos, you've brought me a lot of light hearted joy over the years. Much love to you from the UK Larry, keep being awesome!
From what I gathered, Golden West Food Group is a manufacturer and distributor. Not only do they make stuff like this, they can get it to Walmart (Walmart has distribution centers all across the country; as a trucker myself, I been to many). Seems they also own Cinnabon Bakery and Impossible Meat brands, and a bunch of others, probably in the same way Tyson Foods owns the Ballpark hotdog brand and Bimbo Bakeries own the Ballpark buns and rolls brand. (Those Cinnabon desserts sold by PizzaHut and others are probably made and distributed by GWFG under license of whoever owns Cinnabon itself.) Golden West Food Group seems to specialize in this kind of product.
Yep! What's a Sloppy Joe without hamburger meat? Glad you saved your family jewels! LOL Thanks for all the reviews you do. It makes it easier for us shoppers to chose which foods to really buy!

Cook in bulk mate. Unless it's a real fancy nice meal, just cook in bulk! Much easier like crock pot meals. Saves $$ and time too. I like making a pot roast dinner with potatoes, carrots, an onion or two, mushrooms and a veggie like green beans or brussel sprouts. Let it slow cook for 8-10 hours. Make sure to fill it up with beef broth. Add a little brown sugar and it's insanely good. 4-5 meals easy, maybe 6. Meat falls apart.

It is 12 ounces of food and tastes good. Of course, how could mac and cheese and pepperoni not taste good. I enjoy your videos, and I'm glad you're getting your kitchen back.
We had to call them "Sloppy Sams" when I was a kid. Dad's name was Joe, and it bothered him to hear that "sloppy joe" because he was himself a very tidy and organized man, and found it offensive 😊. Now that Dad and Mom are no longer alive, I've gone back to calling them sloppy joes.
4:00 I've certainly not been here from the beginning, but I _have_ been watching _what are we eating_ for quite a while, and really enjoy it. I recommend many of them to my friends. Keep up the hard work, Larry !!
I have been watching your videos for years now, and always enjoy them. This video inspired me to make a copy cat of it, I made manwich sloppy joe's and original kraft mac and cheese, mixed most of the sloppy joe mix into the max n cheese put it in a small baking dish and added some panko bread crumbs on top (had to fancy it up) and put it in the oven to bake for a few minutes. Man let me tell you that was goood!!!
You do know that since this was filmed, Larry has gone on the carnivore diet, yes? He wouldn't be able to taste test this because on the carnivore diet, we don't eat pasta, nor do we use tomato sauces of any kind.
I tried it and thought a lot of the same things you did. The sloppy joe tasted good. It was super cheesy. But there wasn't enough sloppy joe/meat. It was like a teaspoon full. I think a diy version would be epic.
Wolfie: I always hit the "like" before I hit play. #2 Can we see some pictures of your new, improved kitchen? (former contractor specializing in kitchen remodels here). 🥰 I read the reviews on Walmart: too spicy, not spicy at all, lousy cheese, really tasty cheese...they were all over the place, but all agreed it costs too much.
Been watching you for at least 8 years, and you never fail to deliver on great reviews! Maybe when you hit 1 mil you can buy the flip flop and the Guy Fieri meal during the same Walmart trip haha

That's really why I calories I don't think it's for somebody on a diet or watching what did eating but I love you videos sometimes you always right thank you for helping me
I would love to see the DIY version. It looks like it could be easy to make! There was a Walmart Great Value brand frozen dinner made a few years ago that featured white cheddar mac n cheese, with barbeque pulled pork in a sweet and smoky bbq sauce. It had two separate trays for both food items, but I mixed them together to make a BBQ pulled pork mac n cheese meal. Man, was it good! I wish Walmart didn't discontinue that product. I used to eat them for my lunch breaks at work.
Are you doing a Celebrity Chef/Food Network frozen meal food review series? That would be a great addition to your channel. I want to buy them sometimes, but they are so expensive! Therefore, I do not know if I should purchase them or not. I live on frozen dinners for lunch because of the portion size. Please help if you can! I can not afford to throw money down the drain right now like everyone else, including you. If you are willing, we'll be watching! Hugs to you and your family, Larry! I love your content!!!

Please make it yourself in your new kitchen Larry. The cheese in this product was sprinkled on top (pre-grated cheese) and it looked split after cooking. Greasy & messy. Make the mac & cheese seperately from the sloppy joe, and add the mac to a bowl, with a hearty helping of joe in the middle, add a little grated cheese on top and some thinly sliced green onion, and you've made this a million times better. And I know you can cook :D Been here for more years than I can recall tbh :)
