you drone on and on about RTX graphics, unless you got a prototype from ASUS, with an RTX squeezed in the same chassis, which you failed to mention, this device does not have a discrete GPU, ok? While I appreciate you disclosing the ASUS partnership, you could've done a more honest review One very important thing that you have completely and disastrously failed to mention, is that the Ultra core 9 is under powered in this machine, basically you have a fancy processor that simply does not receive the necessary power to correctly exploit its potential. That my friend is what literally stopped me from buying this thing the other day - it's straight-up absurd. Asus is straight up lazy, asking for a crap load of money from their customers for gimmicky half-baked products. I trust this device will make sense when a Snapdragon Elite goes in, which is closer to the low power consumption M processors have - or they discover how to give the Ultra 9 the correct amount of power it needs to function adequately. To be clear, I despise Apple, the company and business model is a blatant cash grab that has stopped delivering value years ago; still, you could've done a lot better by being honest, it would certainly have given more depth to your obviously paid for review 🤮 bye
At timestamp 04:36 , how are you able to balance the two screens in vertical ? Is there any stands back of laptop to balance it ? Please let me know. Edited : I got it at timestamp 07:24 😊 . Please ignore my comment. A great laptop, I am planning to buy this 😊 . Thanks for the detailed review 🙏
I was about to step into the MacBook Pro bubble until I found this laptop and had to buy it. I haven’t gotten a new laptop since 2014, my old Lenovo is still running and I did try to buy a new one but ended up hating it and gave it to my dad, asking for my old one back. Unfortunately it can no longer be moved or it will not charge and it won’t upgrade past Windows 10 so it’s time. I got sick and tired of Samsung tablets and their awful slowness and storage issues and back in 2022 got the iPad Pro and it’s been everything I needed and more. But sometimes I just need a little more screens to multi-task, be it in TH-cam and drawing, writing notes,a getting some Pinterest inspiration or something, it can be kind of frustrating after a bit and I’m thinking, I just need one more screen…so when I saw this and it gives you two more screens, I knew I could never afford it so will make monthly payments on it, for what it does, I think it’s well worth it. The innovation is brilliant and I cannot wait to use it.
Nice video but it seemed a bit un-coordinated/unplanned. My advice? Plan out the video in advance by including sections (intro, specs, downsides) and then build the video around that. Also please add timestamps!
The highest spec is: 32gb ram. intel Ultra 9 16 P-core 5.1ghz, 24m Cache, Intel arc graphics, and dedicated NPU. No dedicated graphics option. Currently in Costco UK for £1800
Battery life is horrible thanks to Intel not having their game together. For me with both screens running with half brightness it's around 3 hours from 80 percent to a 10 percent charge. To make it clear: the culprit is mostly the processor not the additional display. No comparison to the stunning efficiency of an Apple ARM architecture. The Duo would last a little longer if one were to charge it up till 100 percent beforehand but then the battery will have a much shorter life expectation.
It’s not an ad, I would have to disclose it if it was…on average, you can expect around 6 to 8 hours of battery life with moderate usage like browsing and streaming. Heavier workflows around 4-5 hours
The battery life on this laptop is terrible. I should have waited till version 2 or 3 to come out which would have an extended battery life. I can't do anything with the currently battery it has now. It drain even if I let it sleep.
That's because of the way windows works. It keeps waking up the laptop to run updates. Change the standby to the older s3 standby or have it hibernate after 1 hour on battery.
🐬🐬🐬 Nice video. I just wanna say, just like the fold form of the phone, it is still a really risky investment because it is really fragile and expensive. In theory, it looks nice, but realistically, I think you will go back to your trusty Macbook Pro because it is a tool and it is reliable. Unfortunately, people are looking for something reliable and two screens scream for trouble. I tried staying away from Apple, but it is really hard to find something that integrates everything in your life, phone, tablet, headset, laptop, etc

Can we add additional ram ? Can we increase ram in this laptop

Is it possible to connect 2 external monitors to this machine to have 4 monitors in total?
yes easy
yeah I didnt expect it to work, but it does just fine
Where's the micro SD card slot? I had never heard this machine had that!
Battery life??????

No comment on battery life? Is this an ad? Lol
This is clearly an add, 16gb and low power processor - yeah, powerhouse indeed 😂

@@Andrey-il8rhI was surprised too, handles my video editing workflow without hiccups.
@@RjeyTech What specific model do you have? No other reviews mentions this having RTX nor an SD card slot?
You said it had RTX graphics. But it doesnt...
From MacBook Pro?? Okay I will watch

I which this had an RTX graphics card. It's the only thing holding my back
I've been interested in this laptop for a while
It’s crazy that both the displays are oled panels
And touch screen as well
Incorrect review. There is no sd card slot on this laptop. 😢
Buy one if you want a laptop that won’t last very long. Lot’s of people having problems with this laptop.
What’s the problem

Risky yes but so is an Apple laptop. Repairs on an Apple are not easy. Boards need to be replaced, can't be repaired unlike cheaper windows laptops.
