    If you’re a beginner, like the participants of all shapes and sized in the video, start slowly and follow Stefanie’s low-impact routine. Build your exercise program 5 minutes at a time. When you feel up to it, take center stage and follow the more energetic group exercising at a higher level.
    At the end of the aerobic section, Stefanie provides an optional 10 minutes of personal, one-on-one floor work to help you relax while you shape and tone.
