A television producer received an email from a booking agent suggesting he should have this woman on his program who is an expert on? His immediate response was, great, what does she look like? Confirming in my view, a woman of intellect will only be able to advance if she has the will to dye her hair, paint her face, only then will she be seriously considered for a booking on a television program. I wonder how many women that are deep thinkers are simply ignored because they do not fit into that narrow peg hole of women’s acceptance of beauty. I just did an informal scan of the type of women allowed to practice journalism on television, as I observed using two words, would it seem too harsh if the words are ‘cookie cutter’.

When it comes to women engaged in televised journalism, their career is assured for as long as they can continue to look young. Even if they must be hair dyed, cheap and alluring without any ‘gray hair’ or until their mandatory retirement, or whichever arrives first.

      No, it isn’t from 1992.
At 1:11:15, Stefanie is talking about the eight “made for tv” Hart to Hart movies, the last two aired in 1996.
By her IMDb page, she did two of these “Pioneers of TV” shows, both in 2011.
