I love this so much. Thank you for posting it.
I had this VHS in the early 80s. I loved it. Followed along 4-6 days a week. Along with walking, I lost 70 pounds. I was heartbroken when one of my boys taped over it!! So excited to find it here!!!

I remember visiting Alcatraz while on holidays from Australia in 1991. I was only young and did not realise the history behind what made Alcatraz such a famous prison. Well not until I watched Clint Eastwood in that famous movie about it.
Because The Rolling Stones would have suffered so much damage from a random TH-cam channel playing a couple of their more obscure songs.
My great grandparents took my grandmother, grandmother and grandpop took my mom,mom and dad took me,I took my kid's !.. since late 30's early 40's!

Is that Royal Dano at the beginning?
Yes.
Secretariat was the best in North America, but in Australia you got Phar Lap, Black Caviar, and Winx. You will never be able to compare those great horses. Different Countries and eras. Its a pity for Phar Laps untimely death, as this horse would of created such a legend in North America.
Love her❤
He flew his last race. He was remarkable. No others like him.❤️
Yes the BEACH BOYS
"Something Different", indeed!
Thor discovered that the Easter Island heads had full length bodies and found models of boats within caves - his voyage proved the currents ran from east to west establishing that the original inhabitants must have come from South America thus the original name of Easter Island to be Te Pito o Tu Henua - "The navel of the world" which today we know is 144 degrees west of the Great Pyramid = 2 degrees of precession. Nan Madol in Micronesia means Navel (middle). Ankor Wat means Navel and there are 72 temples at Ankor Wat - that's just a glimpse into what was a worldwide civilisation of seafarers.
This show was different because it had actual live recorded performances. On the down side though, you got to hear how bad Sonny & Cher really were
Great video! I had this on VHS back in the day. Thanks for preserving it. BTW, the juggler named "Andrew" in the video was a fugitive for 14 years until the FBI caught him. Great juggler, not a great guy. Google Neil Stammer.
Jack Perkins was the best narrator, i grew up wirh this legend
Great movie
Thanks for the history of one of my favourite pianists
The connection between Secretariat and Ronnie was telepatic
It was also the connection that the owner and the men who take care of him... They really connected with his Heart and Soul. Watch the Black Leopard Diabolo/Spirit

R.I.P. Secretariat
jimmy carter is so real for this
What I love most about that Big Red gorgeous boy is how very smart he was.
I was born in 62 . Do the math. Listen to this. Had 5 brothers way older than . Parents were in WW 2 Such a late baby but love this
this is unarguably the most clever film ever made in the silent era its sad that it didn't get the recognition it deserved
I wonder if he ever plays Grateful Dead?
really poor quality film.
His people cared so much for him nd he cared for them as wel. He had heart, brains and just exceptional. They respected him and he responded. will never be another like him . I still waatch him over and over again and cheer him on - i kno whow it is going to end and i still cheer just love it and I remember watching his races when they happened.
Alcatraz should be re open
"maybe the greatest horse there ever was"--no, THE GREATEST HORSE THERE EVER WAS...and ever will be. I pray to see you on the other side, Big Red.
I try to watch this at least once a year.... That's how remember Kennywood park. Wish I could take my kids to this Kennywood park and not the one the animals have ruined.
Jesus 😂😂. Valid point tho
Haven’t been there in years, what do you mean by that. I know it got sold. You mean the owners or the visitors?
I just got one from the Goodwill! Unused and still wrapped
We are not a democracy. We are a republic. The fact that most don't understand the distinction clearly explains why this great country is a total mess! Under democracy, there can be no laws, no rights, no freedoms. Any system whose basis is "popular sentiment of the moment" cannot sustain the structures known as righs, laws and freedoms. Naturally, the party dedicated to democracy fulfills what Aristotle and Plato said about democracy: "It inevitably leads to chaos, violence and tyranny." Yes, we know...we're seeing it everywhere!
Noticed he said the river rapids were made by the same “swiss firm” that built Laser Loop. I assume hes talking about Intamin, although Laser Loop was actually built by German company Schwarzkopf
Beth Snodgrass is a regular on one of the rides called the wave swinger. She’s from Dravosburg, and goes to school at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. When she gets here first, she has to take care of the morning procedure. “It’s ‘pending on, uh…who I talk to…usually I’ll go around before I get the ticket can…I turn the ride on about quarter to twelve, and then it heats up, and if someone else comes ‘round then somebody gets to ride it. If, if you’re early enough. And if it’s my manager Chris, then we get coffee…and cookies, haha!” “The swings are CLEAN! They ARE clean!” Chris Snyder is the manager of the wave swinger. That means he’s responsible for some of the scheduling and record keeping. With two employees there, one can personally test the ride. “It’s a good summer job if you go to college. We make minimum wage but we work 10 hours a day…so during the busy season you make a lot of money. Which is a lot for me!” As it gets closer to noon, school picnic busses arrive and the parking lot starts to fill. The park has been always proud of its ample space for parking. Kennywood kept growing, and the Trolley Park became Pittsburgh’s most popular amusement park. In 1906, a group of businessmen called “Kennywood Park Limited” took over the lease. Descendants of two of these men, Andrew McSwiggin and Frederick Henninger , have owned and operated the park ever since.
Most of the park is different now and many of these rides are gone, but I will always love watching this because this was "my" Kennywood. Meaning, it's how I remember it, I graduated High School in 1987. Loved Kennywood. <3
BETH SNODGRASS IS MY GODMOTHER
