If the leak is genuine, defo catch Enola Gay. They’re the best live band I’ve seen in years. Calling it now they’ll be the best surprise of the festival for anyone who catches them!

@@nickelcreed4421 Yeah not my bag man! As for the line up, I'm just happy I get to see my favourite band, TWICE in a weekend which is crazy. As for anybody else, not too fussed. Slipknot will be nice to watch, I don't care for Bring Me The Horizon, Placebo will be nice to watch. I did a small rough calculation and I think Metallice have sold more albums than every band currently confirmed combined! Ha. I think they are one of the last BIG bands left. Except maybe The Rolling Stones. This will probably be the last time I see them unless they play an arena tour, and once bands like Metallica are gone we will never have another heavy band sellling 100+ million albums and have a career spanning over 4 decades.
Seems to me that Slipknot and Metallica are the most likely headliners. Alter Bridge have proved time and time again that they put on a great show so I would love to see them headline. Halestorm would be awesome headliners, if there was a female fronted band to promote to headlining status, they more than deserve it!!!! If Sum 41 and Youmeatsix can play Download, Green Day would knock it out of the park.
@@FallenChar It would be a great wild card. Remember when Muse headlined? That was controversial, yet it was easily the highlight of the weekend. And if The Prodigy could headline, Green Day could EASILY do it.

I don't think BMTH will be like Biffy, I saw BMTH at Leeds, their set was so energetic, huge pits for pretty much every song, I can't understand how the Download audience wouldn't vibe with it. They didn't play any of their old stuff at Leeds either, which I think they are certain to do at Download.
I agree that it won't be as bad as the Biffy situation and I will probably go see them. But I know there will be haters who will boycott them. I hope they do some of their older stuff!

I hope for the likes of Alter Bridge, Shinedown, Halestorm, Skid Row etc... perhaps in the next few months we'll have more bands announced.

I hope the leak's real since there's about 20 bands I like there, many are logo bands, but Lzzy Hale's comment makes me a tad skeptic.
I think that they will wait for Alter bridge and Halestorm to finish touring, they might be in the second announcement maybe?

I think you’re right, they may not get as much of a crowd as Metallica or Slipknot but I think they will still bring in a crowd!
