Holt Prawns, Gobblers, Soft Glides, love it !! My favourite Lizard lure is the 4.5 inch Fish arrow Flash J Shad in Sirasu Silver. Walking the flats on the incoming or outgoing tides when the Herring are on the move.

Hey John you caught some flat fellas on a 4 inch holt prawns my favourite soft plastic combo is 4 inch Mcarthy in pearl white with a 1/4 once 3/0 hook big eyes series in a pink jighead

4" Holt Productions Swimprawn & the 3.75" Gobblers paddle shad in croc bait colour. My favourite flatty lure is definitely a basic clone prawn in the 92mm in the pearl green UV because it just gets the job done for a feed.

You’ve caught some dream flatties on the soft glides. My favourite flathead lure would have to be the 3 inch paddle tail from zman in pearl white, it’s my go to lure and flathead of all sizes can’t resist the action and profile.
You caught flathead using holts swim prawn, motor oil. I love using them too. I also do some trolling& do well on daiwa infeet matt prawn. Love your videos John.
Love the holts catch plenty of different fish and you where using cast lures never had a chance to use them now the cobbler's would love to try with the sharp point jig heads not lying wad thinking about buying some gobblers. Great video John, yeah the 3 and 4 inch Holt prawn is becoming a favourite, haven't tried the gobblers yet, but love to support Australian lure makers like yourself, I've got two packs of soft glides, but only tried them once to see how quickly they sink , need to get a heavier set up, to really get the best out of them , well done, great video, love the longer content,
You and Jai caught fish on the Holt swim prawns and your soft glides and gobblers 3.75 , I’m having good results using my own made soft plastics and resin glidebaits

Love the look of your soft glides. The holts swim prawns and gobblers look great too. Still newish to lure fishing so haven’t ventured much past zman minnowz (sexy mullet is my go to) but my son is coming back from overseas for a holiday so would love to get my hands on some gobblers so we can catch a heap of flatties!
You used Holt 4”Prawn and Gobbler 3.75” to catch fish. My favourite lure is a vibe. Zerek fish trap and JEM vibes are the main two that I use.
Down here in Vic grubs in motor oil seem to do well on Flathead. Managed to get my hands on some Holt Production swim prawns keen to give them a try soon, pretty sure those Gobblers would work a treat here too

My favourite lure for flatties is always changing because there’s always something new to try haha, but at the moment it’s the Rapala crush city suspect. Got me my PB and won me longest fish in my local flathead comp. Killer small profile on the flats

Hi John, The Soft Glide in the flathead colour and this lure is also my favourite soft plastic lure. I also like the RT Shad featured in a different lure box video. Big thanks on the skip casting videos, it’s taken me a long time to learn at least 12 months but getting quietly confident the more I practice 👍

Great video man, I have seen you out a bit lately. You caught them on the 3.75 inch croc bait gobblers and on the 4 inch holt productions swim prawn. My favourite flatty lure is probably the clone prawn in the smallest size.

Lures used in the video were holt swim prawns and gobbler soft plastics and a big dog on the soft glides. One of my go to lures is the double clutch and also the zman mulletron.

I've purchased the Holt prawns and also your glide bait and at present haven't had the chance to use them as I only get to fish saltwater a couple of times a year.
I do used the Diawa crankbaits a bit also when I get to fish salt.
I'm goal is to get more into using the bigger bait in the next trip I get on the saltwater

Some lures you mentioned include the Gobblers shads, Holt Productions Prawns and your MyLureBox soft glides. One of my personal Flathead favourites available in shops near me is Lunker City Slug-go unweighted on a Gamakatsu EWG Worm hook.

The reason your soft glides being my No. 1 is because I caught my first decent flathead on this lure approx 2 days after they arrived via post. , this was achievable from watching, re-watching and learning all your soft glide videos. Thanks

I've already bought the Gobblers pack and love 'em so won't enter the comp! Usually use the TT DemonZ 2/0H with the Gobblers. But I have reached out to Simon for a pack of the same size for each colour in that pack. Him and Wayne should put a pack together. Lures and jig heads...

Do you usually catch a heap of fish in the comp on the banks you pre fished? I’ve always thought why flog a bank you’re going to fish in a comp with lures you’re going to throw in the comp. I’ve never understood it. I get you want to know where they are but I’m not here or there on it.
