i have the wooly mammoth towel and when i use it, it leaves little pieces of fuzz and stuff on my car. I washed it and followed the directions on the bag it came in

Need recommendations please…..
I just recently had a shop do PDR on my new 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD OFF-ROAD PREMIUM (Underground Gray) and the Repairs look great and back to new but looks like they used a buffing machine to buff the paint in the areas that were repaired from the hailstorm and it has left swirl marks that are very noticeable in those areas especially in the direct sunlight. How can I remove all or most of these marks? This is a Brand New Vehicle and I had only put around 600 miles on it prior to the Hailstorm. Thanks in advance!!!
