Great video, definitely learned a lot. How do you clean your microfiber and any other towels you use? Do you just throw in a washing machine and use laundry detergent?
For drying, I use my leaf blower to take the water off and then wipe with the towel.

real talk, my only problem is im to out of shape to do this. I would of been sweating 2 gallons and huffing and puffing like im about to die probably half way through. So pro tip is i got to get my cardio work out on for 2 months on treadmill before i attempt to do this. ✌️
If your that out of shape this should tell you something about your health. Start doing cardio and eating better your life depends on it
