Today, in this video you will learn how to make "Mushroom Pepper Rice" if you love mushroom then you got to try this recipe without fail. this simple recipe can be done less than 20 Minutes. very simple, quick lunch without spending not much time in the kitchen. made with non-sticky flavourful basmati rice. Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Mushrooms - 200g
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Fennel - 1/4 Tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Small Onion - 12 to 15Nos
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic - 1tTbsp
Tomato - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves as required
Coriander as required
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
salt to taste
