LOVE the closeups you captured!! I have a better idea of what the heck is going on during the Pirates of the Caribbean segment, but still think it's not as good as the original Peter Pan version. The PotC story isn't has engaging as the Peter Pan one was and the lighting is much darker so it's really hard to see what's going on. I love switching out Snow White in favor of Tangled, but it makes for a much more awkward transition to the Evil Queen, the villain from Snow White. I like the idea of Mickey going deeper into the darker parts of his imagination, but just having the hag appear rather than seeing the transition from Evil Queen to old hag really hurts the overall story. That was such an amazing and magical time in the original show! I think the music for this version isn't as good as the original was, too. Having said all that, you did a great job with this video.

You did a wonderful job getting everything and you just did and amazing job all together and I wanted to say thank you. I always wondered that too. I think they go down when they aren't being actively used to be less of a distraction in the scene that's currently going on. That's my guess?
Depending on what height they are at, they cast a shadow of what's projected on the island, so they are lowered during certain scenes so there's no shadow

And now, l see this show again, then I cried. lt was awesome! the water fountain now can move and the princess also has changed such as snow white turn into Aladdin and jasmine, and the dragon! lt turn to a bigger, taller one! l hope that magic kingdom can turn into a better than this fanstimic show. Well, at rides I like magic kingdom more, but performs l like Disneyland more. So, please two Disney fight!
They're not aloud... it's has nothing to do technical wise, it's called Disney world is not aloud to have anything "better" than the original park DisneyLand. Disney world fantasmic will stay like this for a long time. And it's one of the main attractions at Disney World so it won't be taken down for refurbishment.

They used the time to revamp the show as well. However, I don’t think it’d have to be down that long to revamp it. Disney would have to create an even LARGER set of new higher-than-4k projectors to upgrade Florida's GIGANTIC version of Fantasmic.
