Love it Guys!!! Great job. We had that same tree only 7 foot, I used it 2 years ago then gave it away. It's a beautiful tree but the white spray on snow kept getting all over the floor LOL, so we bought a balsam fir last year. The doggies did an awesome job with assisting the Decor..:) Hugs Randy & Troy

Perhaps with that view the small square footage yet steep price is worth it. In the Bay area you never get views like your pad. By the way the best views are hand bag unboxings. ..From Saks or B !
