Always nice to see one of those episodes on your project.

I've got 3" leafs from street edge for a 1996 Hardbody. The rear bushing insert is 2mm larger than the shackle bolt. Tons of play in it. I'm not sure how they've sold so many like this, because I can't be the only one.

Yeah, nothing more frustrating that ordering a part specifically for your truck and have it show up not fitting correctly.

Do you think you’ll ever have an 1989-1995 on your channel? Or Tacoma? Or even T100?!?

I did have an 89 4x4 on the channel, but the truck was so rotted, it was only around for a couple of videos. Then we used the 3.0 and 5speed for another project. Eventually I would like to get more project vehicles on the channel, including some of the newer ones you mentioned. As the channel gets bigger, so will the range of vehicles I'll be wrenching on :D

Thanks! I’m planning on keeping it for use as a shop truck/ long term project for the channel.

How does one have time to do these modifications on there one car? Like what do you do for work that gives you time to do what you want? Not hating just asking

Great question! I just started doing YT full time in 2024. I've been self employed for about 8 years, so I was able to work part time and do YT part time until the channel was successful enough to make a decent living. When I worked full time I was only able to wrench nights or weekends.

How do you have 105k subscribers yet only 10 comments avg replies?

Yeah I have no idea why... but thanks for commenting, as it does help the video get more views!

I probably pushed the bottom edges out a little when trying to stuff the bushing in there the first time.
