Shout out to the homboy wearing those KEEN boots! One of the few pairs of boots that's made in the USA. Got myself a pair and they're quality boots for sure. Trip looks amazing and I'm hoping to one day have a trip like this with some buds!
@@bustabeatgeorge I can't describe how much I enjoy your masterpieces man. A virtual vacation after countless hours of stressful studies, I guess. Not gon lie, Your vids always give me those relax sensations. Thank you man !!! Keep up the good work
I’m very impressed with the beauty of this pass. I also feel that the people that you recorded going over this pass appreciate the magic they’re experiencing.
Noodles, it's just a fun word to say. You're right George, I did the FJ summit in 2018. The drive up was great too. We drove through the Navajo Nation. It's huge. In Colorado we did 6 different trails. All amazing
Man you're killing it with the trail documentaries! By far the best I've seen of Imogene and Blackbear, subscribed! Hope to wheel with ya once I drive down from Alaska in September to attend Overland Expo West:)
I remember seeing you! That excursion is looking beefy!! I radioed the guys “ dude check out that dope excursion coming down” haha! Thanks for watching!
TRD 4runner owner here...can confirm the sun glare off of the hood is intense. That non-functional hood-scoop directs the sun directly into the drivers eye. lol!
Fantastic video! My wife and I are going in our 22 TRD OR DCSB later this year and I am supremely excited. Thank you for this content and, if you read this, please drop any advice you have for an offroader of only moderate experience.
Did Imogene last month, I cant wait to do it again so beautiful! I was a little worried in my 4runner but it handled everything really well. Nice video :)
Didn't get to do Imogene when I was there in August, but headed out to Colorado and Utah again next year. Hopefully will get to do it next time. Probably gonna go late September or October next year and hopefully avoid some of the traffic, way too many people on the trails when we did the Alpine loop this year. There were way too many people to pass in the narrow sections, wasn't much room for error in my F250. Although quite a few times most people gave me the right of way even when I didn't have it, just so they didn't have to pass me on the outside edge near the drop offs lol.
George, you do a great job on your videos, you seem like a guy who would be a blast to go overlanding with. I love your attitude and your appreciation for nature and the outdoors ....... maybe in the future you bring the wife and newborn with you ?
My friends and I are gonna try and go here this May we are taking a trip up to Colorado and we're gonna go camping and do alot of offroading for about a week it should be fun I have a 2001 nissan pathfinder with a 2.5 inch lift and 33s so I'm hoping I'll be able to make it all the way through it
Glad I caught this video. Great job on the video as I felt like I was there. Quick question: it’s hard to tell but it doesn’t look like any of you guys aired down your tires.
What is the backside trail of MOAB towards the end of the video? Can I have the coordinates or trail number? Love this video and all of the videos you make!!
looks like a solid 2 or 3 grand on top of my taco for this. no issue. i busted my ass too afford the truck. 6 speed clutch 4x4 of course with a lift lol. yep. i would LOVE TO DO THIS kind of fun without question. 3 days. sounds like a solid 20 or 30 gallons of gas lol.
Your videos are inspiring! Really enjoying the views and potential of my TRDOR Taco. If I may ask, what app are you using for your navigation/ elevation (that you showed in this video)?

You and revere Overland were out there at the same time it seems ha.
No clue who that is! But that’s awesome, It’s a beautiful place
Man... can I roll with you guys next year?
Subscribed! This is great stuff man. Could I do Imogene without a spotter, assuming I avoid any technical stuff? I am headed there solo.
11:58 What brand grill is that? Love your videos.
Would love to know as well?
My family and I did Imogene 11 years ago
I would love to do this but i'm pretty novice to offroading
What is the backside trail of MOAB towards the end of the video? Can I have the coordinates or trail number? Love this video and all of the videos you make!!
Can I do the backside down into Ouray in my stock Gladiator Sport, no lift and stock 31's?
Would a stock 2023 Tacoma TRD Offroad handle Imogene?
Imogene is on my bucket list (and so are many of the iconic CO trails). What’s with “Architects” beanie? I love that!
what roof top tents do you guys have
You've got some good camera and video skills. Love your videos.
My Defender is feeling jealous as I'm watching this...
What is the trail backroad trail into Utah? Awesome video!!!
What kind of tires do you use?
Where did you guys Camp?
Great video! What are you shooting this with if you don't mind me asking?
Outside of lift, wheels and tires, what else has the SR5 4 runner had done to it?
My question too. It looks good. Looks like it has spacers as well and maybe a 3” lift
looks like a solid 2 or 3 grand on top of my taco for this. no issue. i busted my ass too afford the truck. 6 speed clutch 4x4 of course with a lift lol. yep. i would LOVE TO DO THIS kind of fun without question. 3 days. sounds like a solid 20 or 30 gallons of gas lol.
Does anyone in the group get altitude sickness or do yall normally live at higher elevations?
Your videos are inspiring! Really enjoying the views and potential of my TRDOR Taco. If I may ask, what app are you using for your navigation/ elevation (that you showed in this video)?
Soooperb
Is it still open right now? Day before Thanksgiving
Aweome vid man.. do you think I could do it in my stock TRD Off Road 4 Runner?
Oh yeah Forsure!!
Can you ride sxs there?
Nice video. That high up, you sounded a little out of breathe.
nice
can I take my Audi Q7 up this trail?
Amazing Vid! Thanks for sharing. Did you add studs to the end of your MaxTrax?
Thanks!! Those are actually called actiontrax another brand of recovery boards.
Would a stock 4x4 be able to make it?
It should. The backside is a bit gnarly. Just be sure you have good Gore's and be prepared.
