If you work for a MSP and need to open multiple clients' admin pages, open each one in a Private-Browsing type of window. It stops cookies turning everything into a mess.
I use this all the time. For MSPs though I recommend Azure Lighthouse.

As a admin, we are facing issue , when i forwarding mails as attachment the language getting changed like chinese. Do you have any suggestion

Hi thank you for the video. You mention that it is really important to allow anyone outside the organization to email the Team (the NYC Sales Team in this example). You did not explain why. I would not think it is a good idea for anyone outside the org to email various Teams in the tenant.
In my example if you want the group /team to communicate with external users. You need to check the box, if not only internal communications are allowed.
