I have an issue where whenever i sync the library the format is “*Company name* Sharepoint - Document Libraries - HR” for example but i need to sync it so that there’s no ‘document libraries’ but it always includes ‘document libraries’ any clue on this?
Do you have experience syncing SharePoint files to Windows Server running on a VM? What is the best setup to be sure that files are synced even after a restart (no user logged in)?

No, it cannot. There is no metadata in Windows
