Thanks. i've made bread in the past with a bread machine but always wanted to know this process. thanks. the way you explained everything was very helpful.
Wow thats excellent, will definitely try that. By the way, love your presentation. Your voice is so easy to listen to, not irritating at all. I have subscribed and look forward to seeing what else you put out. Thank you. x
Amazing 🤩 I made two loaves and 12 burger buns. I’m so glad I accidentally bought a 10kg bag of AP flour from Costco. I can’t wait to make sub buns with this excellent recipe. Great video, thank you so much!!
I made this recipe today... And it was super easy. They just came out of the oven. I will update with texture and taste when I get into it. This was super easy. Thank you for sharing
@@stargirl12387 sorry I have made it three times already... Soft texture... Even crumb... Pressing out the bubbles really helped... Taste was delicious.... It freezes pretty well. Highly recommended. Thanks for reminding me to update
Thank you so much!!!! I’ve been loving no knead bread, baguettes and buns lately but wanted to find a nice soft and easy recipe. I am definitely making this to have with dinner tonight!! 😁
I've done some research, although I've never tried to use it myself. There is extra gluten in bread flour which is supposed to make it rise better. You may need to experiment a bit with the amount of yeast you use :-) I've bought gluten flour and added a heaping tablespoon (which ends up being the same thing as bread flour) to my recipe when I use whole wheat - it does give a better rise.
For 2 loaves 2 tbsp Oil or Margarine 3 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 2 cups warm water (3/4 cup boiling water with 1 1/4 cup cold) 2 cups flour mixed with1 tbsp yeast And then: 3 ½ scant cups flour
I do not rise the dough in a special place. I leave it on the countertop. The dough is warm enough to rise with no extra help. (sorry I have only English)

Beautiful bread! Thank you Jane!
glad it worked! you're welcome!
Your bread looks great, thanks for making this video!
What type of flour did you use???
any all-purpose, store brand is fine. I'll mix whole-wheat as well.
Awesome, I accidentally bought a 10kg bag of A.P. Flour instead of bread flour. Thanks ☺️
@@stargirl12387 I never use bread flour - just normal all-purpose :-)
Excellent work of making bread, can I use bread flour which can be used for scones and bread and buns, please please advise me thank you 🙏🏻

What is a size of loaf pan ??
Thank you!
👍
Thank You,ma'm.
😱😱😱 … amazing
What are the 1/2 measurements if i want to make just 1 or 2 loaves?
For 2 loaves
2 tbsp Oil or Margarine
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups warm water (3/4 cup boiling water with 1 1/4 cup cold)
2 cups flour mixed with1 tbsp yeast
And then:
3 ½ scant cups flour
Le pâte a besoin de chaleur pour lever. Au fourneau avec la lumière allumé cé tu ok?
Avec une tasse d'eau
I do not rise the dough in a special place. I leave it on the countertop. The dough is warm enough to rise with no extra help. (sorry I have only English)
Est ce quon peux mettre moitié lait et moitié eau ?est ce que ca change la texture?
Ça devrait aller - faites-le nous savoir
,✌🙏🙏👌
Looks really easy but it is too big of a batch for me as I live alone so I would need to use half the ingredients.
I can post that if you'd like

Not trying to be mean but, very wrong way to measure flour. Never scoop, always fill with another spoon then level off.
