@@BeyondtheIights it’s season per season, Not tenure. And klopps won a league cup and if we’re honest it’s slipped in the last couple months, we should have smoked atalanta, palace etc and we didn’t.
Craig we earned £113.1 million from Nike last season. For the Adidas deal to be better than that would be a very big surprise.
The Adidas gear will no doubt sell better than the Nike trash, thus earn LFC more money, contract depending.
What’s your source for that? If we are earning that kind of money from Nike, I doubt we would be going to Adidas so soon, especially after the fight we had to actually go to Nike in the first place.
@GBH001 The number came from European club finance and Investment report. Our deal with Nike has a royalty portion. We sell more shirts we get more money.

He should win. Take a team to 3rd place with a new midfield, all the injuries, and all the times we got screwed by refs and VAR, and screwed by scheduling with all the early starts. Arsenal winning the league was no surprise.

Great news about Adidas but we heard all this about Nike. It only matters if Edwards and Hughes gets more money for improving the squad so Slot can succeed.
Given the team Klopp started the season with before any ball was kicked not many expected him to finish top 4. Why not consider him a manager of the season.
No disrespect but how on earth did Jurgen Klopp get nominated for manager of the year, I can think of at least 6 managers you would or should be miles in frint, Pep, Arteta, Bournemouth boss, etc.
So 6 other managers won a trophy and finished in the top 4, he's only been nominated nobody's saying he deserves to win it

I'm an adidas fanboy because of LFC in the 80's and 90's. Some NB kits were actually ok and the prem winning pinstripe was quality, but all the other kits Reebok (yuck) Warrior (silly) and Nike (clueless) were embarrassing. Adidas is engrained into the global history of football. Liverpool should request a reinstatement of the (original) trefoil logo, just to be retro cool. YNWA
