The accumulator groove provides additional volume below the top ring so pressure doesn’t build up and attempt to unseat the top ring.

do you drill out the block inside the oil pump mount to allow greater oil flow through the block ??

You forgot to check the thrust clearance on the crank it's always nice to know that it is within tolerance.
