    Performed correctly and systematically, LEVEL 2 kettlebell exercises will build your strength, improve your conditioning, and strip off unwanted body fat.

    Oh man, you got me on this one. Training with KBs since 6-7 years and also love to throw two of them (right now in the MKM program). I think I learned a good technique from my very valid coach, but after checking those numbers in your boxes, I guess I should step back and work more on my strength. Thanks a lot for this systematic explanation.
    I just rewinded my brain, bought kettlebell strong and try to forget all the stuff I thought I would know right now about using two KBs. Looking very much forward to this!

      @hermetum - Glad it was helpful. And glad you got "Kettlebell STRONG!". Let me know how the techniques in there work for you.

    Ah! And one thing I must disagree with. Tzar wouldn't mean king. It originates from Ceasar, so "emperor" would be more fitting translation.:)

    You should really make a video course about this 5 levels like your big six program.

    Wonderful! Geoff, do you think the high pull could be a safer alternative to the snatch?

    • @GeoffNeupert
      @GeoffNeupert  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Sergii Chmyl - Good question. Not necessarily. If you can't lock the KB out overhead, then possibly. It's a good learning / assistance / stepping-stone exercise for some to learn the Snatch.

    Great info, love the sytematic approach. What do these level 2 benchmarks look like for women?

    • @GeoffNeupert
      @GeoffNeupert  ปีที่แล้ว

      @mw7145 - Glad you like it.
      I'd take the 1/2 bodyweight and drop it to 1/3. And I'd take the 1/3 bodyweight and drop it to 1/4. I'd still keep the Snatch at 26-33% of bodyweight.
      Hope this helps.

    I see you're going in strong with the video frequency. No "1 upload a week" plan:D
