Considering how the earthbound immortals are ancient malevolent creatures, it's weird that some random guy just happens to have a deck of cards related to them, without him being a dark signer...
Nothing that occurs in ARC-V has anything to do with anything that occurs in the show where each summoning type debuted. The Earthbound Immortals never existed in ARC-V's Synchro Dimension, and the fact that the Earthbound Servants resemble the Earthbound Immortals is, at best, a nod to 5ds, same as when the Crimson Dragon appeared during the Synchro Summoning of Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend.
The design of those earthbound are pretty bad in my opinion they are not as impressive and inponent as the ones in 5DS based on the Nazca Lines. Even the heigh of these earthbound are extremily small compared to the ones of 5Ds like Wirakocha Rasca or Asula Piscu.

In Arc-V 5D's dimension, the nascar lines where apparently fully sealed by the signer dragons so there wasn't a need for the signer rituals to continue, in Arc-V's GX, Judai and/or Darkness never existed and didn't triggered any doom bringing event there, similar to Arc-V's Zexal. Their Arc-V's dimension just isn't comparable to the actual canon dimension (if you can even call it since at least up to 5D's, they're the same. Means DM, GX and 5D's = the same timeline/universe/dimension)
I’m so very very glad that Konami finally released the Earthbound Servant and Earthbound Prisoner cards and Harmonic Synchro Fusion I can’t wait to build and play this deck.
I hope they get their own archetype. Synchro-Fusion is my favorite summoning combo. It's the reason why Yuri and Declan were my favorite characters, and Sergey was my favorite villain.

The English version of these Earthbound Prisoners/Servants are coming out on January 19, 2024 in a booster pack called Maze of Millennia - they're out in the Japanese version of Animation Chronicle 2023 this past June 10th of this year
We need these cards, so earthbound immortals don't suck anymore. Maybe not syncro fusion but still, this will make earthbound vs malefic much more even. Edit: THEY ARE HERE, POG.
Do not worry, man, for almost all of them made it for this year's Animation Chronicle, and this includes Harmonic Synchro Fusion , and some reprints of the older Earthbound support, like Hundred-Eyes Dragon, Earthbound Geoglyph, and even an Earthbound Immortal (Assla Piscu)
How I think this would be IRL Harmonic Synchro Fusion: Once Per Turn: Special summon from your Extra Deck 2 monsters (1 Synchro and 1 Fusion) using monsters you control that meet the required summon conditions for both monsters. Both are treated as a Synchro Summon and Fusion Summon respectively. You can not special summon monsters from your Hand or Main Deck for the rest of this turn.

Not exactly. Ultra Polymerization gives you your fusion material back to use for another summons or whatever. Harmonic Synchro Fusion uses 2 monsters to summon a Synchro and Fusion monster at the same time.

To all the folks in the comments wondering how this would turn out in the TCG, wait no longer, they just released these cards as part of the Duelist Nexus set. They are quite faithful in all respects, and I am stoked to deck build and theory craft with these new cards as an engine and/or their own dedicated deck

Cause I looked on various Yugioh websites but can’t find any mention of if they’re real cards or anime exclusives. If they’re not real then ok. If they are, I have more buying to do... please let me know if they’re real or not, cause I can’t find them anywhere or any info on I they’re even real or not.
They've been printing manga related cards recently, especially from Arc V. They'll likely release these cards in the future. Probably in the next year or two.
