Every chain drive E-bike/E-motorcycle I've ever seen made me scared the chain was grinding on something. Some are better sounds than others but it still gives me that instant fear that there was excessive friction. I guess it's something you get used to. Still, this seems like you hooked a nice one here. Custom frame lighting right? Nice headlight the huge seat is kinda hilarious, but I'd imagine you could chose your sitting position really easily with all that real estate.

My chain is still loud sounding like it’s hitting something! The xion company can’t make a video to check inside!! I would appreciate it!

Sounds like the gearbox isn't using helical gears. I'd crack that sucker open to check. I had an old 4-stroke motorized bike with a flat-geared transmission and it sounded exactly like that.
That bike actually has 9 assist modes but you need to unlock them via the bacdoor app bc they're only supposed to be used off-road. Holler at me if u need a username and password for the app and ill let u use mine
The battery is not LiFePo4. It is an NMC 50Ah battery. A couple dozen early backers have a chain mid drive, most coming off the line now will have a belt driven primary drive.
The first moment I heard that chain sound I thought to myself that sounds like a CYC pro motor under that enclosure... I'd like to see that lower cover removed to confirm if that's right. Ah just looked it up and it isn't what I thought - oh well... interesting ebike though.
Aye bro, I can’t remember what area you live in, but if you are in SoCal like LA’ish or surrounding areas, you’re all good for riding that on normal bike trails. Especially since it’s got pedals. I follow a badass ebike ride Sur Ronster on YT also and he’s got a sick Surron bike with no pedals, full on e motorcycle lol and he’s legal too ride on bike trails. Would be sweet too see you guys team up and go out on a ride together!

I found a mongoose cx24v450 thats pretty much a kids motoped so im gonna replace the current motor with a Mac motor and use a risun 48-72v 3000w controller and display combo, also has 20in wheels and ima gear it 10t motor sprocket to 36t wheel sprocket and it should do about 55mph once its all put together
Umm for the price it doesn’t seem worth it if bought brand new. The looks are odd and this is the third review I’ve seen and the noises it makes is really unsettling. I thought Sur Rons were loud, but this thing is on a whole other level.
Chain probably so noisy because of that metal enclosure that it goes into just echoing out sound because my E-dirtbike has 428h chain and it's super quiet in comparison to that.

It come stock with a bac2,000 or you can pick 4,000 or even 8,000. There is also 4 different battery sizes you can pick. If you have the bac4000 it can easily take a 10kw tune even peak at 15kw. Sur-ron guys do it all day

Thats just the sound of a chain drive, if a motorcycle was silent you’d hear the exact same thing
sounds like the chain is rubbing on the metal box/guard.
i would investigate that further.
