Dave yep l have same feeling retirement it’s kind of scary with everything going on .Got other 5 to 7 more years to retirement turning 60 next month it’s hitting me real hard of aging. Luckily my day job has decent retirement package trying to enjoy life right now.
Commercial real estate isn't lucrative as it once was. That unit is pretty old but as you mentioned why junk it if it works? You are definitely getting some walking with that customer. Have a good one Dave.
I’d replace the condenser motor telling your customer as old as the unit is that’s minimal dollars spent vs your time to track down the exact culprit. At least rule out the motor as it’s inexpensive and near the end of its life.
Those silver thing reflect light back at the birds and scare them away. The shape reflects it back at all angles. Ingenious!

You pointed out Monterey. I was in Marina Wednesday through yesterday. It was a 40 degree difference once I made it back over Pacheco pass.
