I finished the game without dying, but, when I did it it didnt give me the Hard to the core achievement, and then I relise that I started playing by not picking New game, I Just PİCKED starting from ep 1 And so it didnt count me (I am Playing on ps4)
1:45 tip: use the lever before entering the other chefs Bedroom. İt saves you a Couple of seconds since you dont have to put the key And take it again because you have to open the door. İt also gives you time to run away From the twin chef. So, Just use the lever BEFORE entering the chefs room.
I had both LN1&2 but never got around playing them, with the 3rd coming out i had an itch to play them and 100% them, this trophy was a pain, great video though, for anyone trying i recomend a few tips, - research a few glitches to incorporate in your run, im not a pro speedrunner but any minor glitches can help out for and pay for any hiccups along the way. You can pause to stop the timer, and reset from last checkpoint if u are about to die, and resets the timer too. As long as when you pause and that option is still there when you get caught by like the light or leeches or something it wont count as a death, if its not there then it counts as a death. again great vid and GL for anyone going for this!
Today I got to chapter 4 but something happened that shouldn’t have, SIX RAN OUT OF STAMINA AFTER A FEW SECONDS OF RUNNING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE 1ST GUEST THAT CHASES YOU!
There are two more glitch skips with about a 75% chance of working. When you first see the first chef, run past him, ONLY jump to get over the stairs. Run under the table to reset your stamina, and continue running to the platform with the locked door and the shelf. Then stand two tiles away and one tile behind the green line closest to the camera. When he takes his second visible step, sprint to the right, and slide at a right/up angle. If done correctly, you should be lined up with the doorframe. Wait for a few seconds without doing anything, and he should push you through. Later, in the freezer section, run to the switch, then line yourself up with the doorframe and step one tile away. When the chef's head bobs up for the second time, start walking to the door. When you get to the middle of the room, sprint, and start running at a slight down/right angle, and at the last second before the door, slide up. When done right, do the doorknob and hook glitches mentioned in the video.
Nope. Not getting that speedrun achievement. I been trying hookskip for a hour and no dice. Doing it without skips requires perfection and this games horrible controls aint suited for that (unless you're lucky, a god gamer or both. I'm neither.) I like this game but the controls hold it back from being great. I got too many games on my backlog to waste time on this achievement.
@@tutodex3108 I got the achievement yesterday. The way I got hookskip was different than this video though. I had to run from the right of the hook to get it. But thanks for the typical try hard, a hole response though. 🙂
@@CoachGavin3 I had to get a little bit of a running start from the right and time my jump with hook hitting the wall. I went back to practice it after I got the achievement. 3:19 You can jump from the elevator to the table directly.. without the need to fall... saving couple of seconds

In the bedroom level with the chef. Keep the door open so you don’t have to open it and then pick up the key again. Smart.
