In a woman’s body, the bladder is directly behind the uterus. For an ultrasound scan to be more accurate, the mother has to drink lots of water to fill her bladder as much as possible, which pushes her womb closer to the ultrasound probe. This can get uncomfortable as she can’t use the bathroom until the scan is done
This actually makes me feel so proud of my body, it all it has done all my life just so I can be living. I love these animations they make me feel of how much work our body has done all of our lives ❤️

I work as an ultrasound tech and do kidney/bladder ultrasounds multiple times per shift i work. And you can see something called “bladder jets” shooting urine from the ureters into the bladder. It looks like flashes of red going into the bladder when we turn on the color flow doppler function on the machine.
This is such a great breakdown of how our bodies produce urine. Understanding how the kidneys, nephrons, and bladder work together is really fascinating and important for health. Thank you for this clear explanation!

I had an off brand box of Honey Nut o's type cereal and I noticed the smell had a scent similar to urine. I looked in the ingredients and found it had Urea inside. Not sure what that was about but I never bought that cereal again.

This may sound stupid but for certain plants wouldn't it be better to water them using urine? Composition of waste products found on urine some are also ingredients used in fertilizers.
If we apply urine directly on plants，they may get hurt because the concentration of urine is too heavy. Actrually，lot of people today still use diluted urine to fertilize fruits and vegetables.
Dilute it's fine. Uric acid is basically just two ammonias bound by a carbon. So there's a bit of CBOD but as long as its adiquately diluted this won't overcome the oxygen supply rate of the soil.

Persons health profile can be deduced by a urine analysis, I often check myself, morning urine is usually the only dark urine I pass, I drink a lot of natural tea and water so by mid day I just pass almost clear urine, stay healthy
