The clarity of expression and logical sequencing in these introductory videos is wonderful. I’ve just watched the end of life videos (I have a 96 year old mother with dementia), and it truly helped me to understand the eating side of things. I will definitely recommend this channel.

Eat fermented rice and water it makes skin glow like glass and it's good bacteria and nutrition keeps our digestive system healthy and further prevent cause of several dïseàses. Fermented lady finger juice and kefir also works like miralce

Very Short but Detailed explanation 😘😘.
Easy on the eyes, and a fair rendition. Though knowing what I know about 'food' l have to say- there would be inflammation following the picture of said food. Yes, inflammation from processed and ultra processed we ingest. It's the magical way they can STUFF huge amounts of fat,salt, and sugar into major concentration. Let's not forget the chemicals both inside and out. Fried in seedoils but they are called 'vegetable oil'. Many thanks to all those good people out there trying to help us live a better life. Eat healthy, feel healthy. Take care of yourselves. You deserve it.

You are a blessing, you have explained the entire digestive process in 4 minutes! I have tried to understand why would omeprazole be prescribed if it lessen stomach acid but my daughter’s medical complaint is constipated?

For how long food stays in stomach and when stomach is completely empty?
Maybe 4hrs to 6hrs or 12hrs and a full 24hrs? But by the 24hrs? I consider that (FASTING) and the body is not happy. So I believe an empty of the stomach? Is base on how big eater you are.👈👏🏼💯👏🏼😋🍜
