Thanks for the weekly dose of inspiration, Gabe! I'm currently working on my new album, and applying those principals to the whole process. It's helping a lot!
Essential/Essentialism as a word itself is a term I can better relate to than "minimalism" (I'm in neither movement nor camp). It is more realistic, pragmatic, practical, intentional and purposeful, and that also doesn't evoke a bare to the bones room, with just 3 items in it.
Great content as always, Gabe. I paused work for a few minutes to watch your video as I noticed the new upload. I think we can all benefit from slowing down at times and focusing on what's truly important. Whether that be our wardrobe, daily activities, or something else. By the way, the Alexa in my home office picked the Playlist from your video. Great tunes 😄

I enjoy what you have to say and like taking notes. However, I only came up with 6 rules, where's the others? Suggestion: maybe you could number or say the number before taking about each rule...other than that, thank you for sharing your ideas
Why oh why don't you have more subscribers?! Awesome content, incredibly well put together videos and you make sooooo much sense!!!
I really appreciate it!
Amen on the sustainable life!!!
I’m late to you but love you, thank you, you are doing a great job, blessings to you& your family ❤
The future always come and depends on your Now. Decisions Determine the Directins into your Destiny. You only progress programming your future
Become the editor of your own life -- well said Gabe ❤
I really like that glass and wood coffee maker. It's very unique.
You mentioned great ideas. I really needed to hear them. Thank you for the video! Keep up the good work.
🙏
1st rule is helping now. Sure I sold some things but mostly the small stuff is not worth the time that could be spent on putting more work into essentialism. Edit rule shows that TH-cam is like an ad, the person giving advice may seem so polished and put together but really that is just the editing. Beware of both ad and content creators, like books, take time to think about the video you just watched. Gabe, your 3 a week video is likely what put you on the map; it is so easy to loose track of a channel when videos come out twice or once a month. Now that the fan base is built, it helps you with your life and helps us with better videos.
LOVE your book collection!! 🥰
Steal Like An Artist - FABULOUS book, great author.
Thanks Gabe, you’ve help me so much though these videos 🙏🏾😎
Thanks for the weekly dose of inspiration, Gabe! I'm currently working on my new album, and applying those principals to the whole process. It's helping a lot!
Awesome good luck man!
Money poor, rich in time, 100%. Love your vids, glad came across channel.
Essential/Essentialism as a word itself is a term I can better relate to than "minimalism" (I'm in neither movement nor camp).
It is more realistic, pragmatic, practical, intentional and purposeful, and that also doesn't evoke a bare to the bones room, with just 3 items in it.
does anyone start these videos without coffee? Everyone is so obsessed with making coffee in their videos
I love cuts clothing been wearing them for a year now 😎
I think in my whole life ive never had more than 4 things that i feel 90% about. Thats the hard part for me.
That is why I rent a town home and lease a car keeps things more simple at least for me personally
Wow I just searched your name... 'posted 30 seconds ago' Yes!!!!
What timing 🔥🔥☕
Great content as always, Gabe.
I paused work for a few minutes to watch your video as I noticed the new upload. I think we can all benefit from slowing down at times and focusing on what's truly important. Whether that be our wardrobe, daily activities, or something else.
By the way, the Alexa in my home office picked the Playlist from your video. Great tunes 😄
Lol I didn't think about that sorry
@@GabeBult That's not a negative thing man lol. It's a good Playlist and I enjoy the music. It's a lot of what I listen to regularly. 👍
I play some EDM music while putting laundry away, it works for me.
Plenty of sound advice for such a short video, cheers 👍
Great footage mate. Just tapped subscribe, because why not. Have good one!
Essentials vs minimal is so much easier to wrap my head around. And systems rather than rules, it's the verbiage that I trip over. Or,... at least that's my new excuse. I'm gonna spin this to a
Positive
I always stop everything I’m doing at the moment to watch your new videos 😂 thank you Gabe for being here!🙏
Thank you🙏🙏 appreciate it!
Can you please make a video to talk more in depth about implementing systems for tedious things you don't like doing like cleaning the house and what you were talking about "not leaving things on the counter", etc
my favorite mantras: never leave a room empty handed, don't put it down, put it away, progress, not perfection. these things have made the most impact.
Learn habits, start with one or two easy habits and once you have those down add more.
the most beautiful video :)
I want to start a TH-cam channel this is so inspirational thank you so much ❤️ keep up the great work
I'm loving your videos. Great library. 🙂
So it looks like you and I share the same interests in books, I haven't read this I may ask for my son for a copy on mother's day my local library a bit disappointing when it comes to books like these I like watching Ted talks too, been simplifying and editing getting my ducks in a row to leading a more meaningful life for several years I enjoy watching your content too you are doing a good thing in the world xx
Lots to unpack but good. It would be nice to hear you discuss Essentialism. BTW, I don't know if you've tried it but a soak of that white shirt in some Borax will do wonders.
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down! In the most delightful ways!
