Proof: th-cam.com/video/LTaZuzXV2pg/w-d-xo.html . This is MTV Europe in 1995, the Italian local TV channel Diffusione Europea used to broadcast MTV Europe live back then during the afternoon. We also had MTV Europe on cable back then, and it had the same gray logo. I think most of the "1990's" MTV Europe broadcasts on TH-cam are 90's stuff that MTV Europe rebroadcast in the early 2000's, hence the early 2000's MTV Europe logo.

That MTV Europe is definitely not from 1993. The transparent logo is from about 2000-01. In the 90's, it used the gray logo.
