- So, DSP's "major issue" that he didn't want to tell anyone about was an internet related issue. He renewed his comcast internet plans (both of them) and went on a half an hour Karen rant about how much all of the Comcast workers involved had inconvenienced him and his life.

This is absolutely hilarious. For this entire time I assumed his "second line" was another ISP but no its another business account with the same ISP 😂 so no redundancy at all. good job phil.
He could have went for the full business class experience and bought a business grade QoS (quality of service) router which will prioritise his streaming and gaming and saved literally 10's of thousands of dollars over the 9 years.
This is what business customers normally do they have one line and prioritise their business traffic eg. VoIP because they are actual real businesses compared to phils nonsense.
This is how it's done in the real world.
so when phil requests to have TWO lines then of course the agent is probably confused because no sane person does this.

"Because you have two accounts you're going to need two appointments" That sounds reasonable. I mean he shouldn't have two accounts but still a little inconvenient but as what Phil says "It is what it is". Phil is so entitled that he DEMANDS they do them both on the same day.
Phil is wasting money with his supposed two accounts or internet lines. You only need one and have it properly routed so one channel get priority while the other doesn't. Hell, most good ISPs will help you set such things up.

Plus the internet will need upgrading every now and then. It doesn’t last forever without updates or upgrades. Wonder what his next non issue will be?

The router he has has QoS settings to keep bandwidth prioritized to certain devices. Kat isn't even home most the time hes day streaming. When Kat is home, gaming uses very little bandwidth and Kat would use the down stream almost exclusively and Dave would use the upstream almost exclusively.

It doesn't help that Phil can't retain any information. "They never explained me what this does." Yes they did. When they installed it. Or when they sold it to you. He just agrees to things and then bitches about it in retrospect.

I’ve worked in call centers before and the use of chat is a privilege and it can be taken away if a customer abuses it. Knowing Phil, and how he sees everything as a legal contract, he went IN on that poor rep doing his job. He must’ve given him Tolstoy levels of information about his “business”, his detractors, etc…once he didn’t get the information he wanted, he went IN on the company, etc…and guess what, Phil? There is a quality control person monitoring those logs, too.
My best guess, they blocked you from accessing their chat system. Sucks to suck.
