Hey Gladiator! Cool name! This are modifications using same electronic parts of original scooter. I can make some systems work taking the body of a scooter and turning it in what I like :) Will post at some point about it. Thank you for stoping by. Stay well.

Do you think it’s safe for me to do one g1 motor and 1 g2

This 2 motors have a different approach,. G1 very strong torque which makes it slower than G2 motor. Recommendable to use same motors always. If you follow my instructions videos you will safely do the installation however, your scooter will not perform as you wish and one of the motors would either fail to due to pressure from one to the other.
