@@clonkz5341 honestly just buy a better scooter. Way cheaper! For more speed you add the $300 motor, then $350 external 12v after that soon you add a controller $125 (because your stock controller will burn) then you need front suspension $200 and rear suspension $300 all that will put your scooter to a max of 30-34 mph on 48v combined batteries with those bad “field weakening” batteries makers provide you.

@@DeepvoiceDoesnotBuild connectors melt due to several reasons and yes even on the small current will smoke if they are held together. Upgrade connectors to MR60 (60A max current) and increase amperage to 34 continuous current and 64A peak.

@@esnkaz Great explanations, but still, the part with the brakes is not clear... your build has NO BRAKES ? at all ? how you stop? Why the controllers to be burned if connect the brake lever ? that happened to you ? are you sure is because of that ? because there are other movies with similar dual motor setup and people do use brakes ....

@@tangoztek scooter comes with electrical brakes. Which activate when pressing the lever for the front brake. Lever has a sensor which is wired up and connects to the dashboard and so to the main controller. There is no firmware that will avoid the burning of controllers when upgrading to higher power if the lever contact is not detached from the system. (Which means if lever its connected to the system, current will push back causing the controller to smoke) That’s why physical hydraulic or wires brakes are added with rotors for scooters. I hope this is more clear.

Correct. Simply set up the controller, disable the kerks and then unplug lever from Dash board.

D controller holds up 60V without a problem. You just need to do all sets up I mentioned in the dual motor set up video.

@@nocandopdx the idea of my information it was so people do their upgrades without the impossible! Set ups done for dual and 60v with 1100w motors with 3 capacitors controllers (D controller German version) is simple. Scooters build back in 2022 with this set ups still running today with the same system.

Get a Kaabo Wolf Warrior X pro 1100W Motors instead and have better performance on your scooter. If you have 48V or 60V dual motor set up then add up a second Stock motor and have same speed of a single 1000W motor with a massive torque. Tested the 1000W "Fatmax" against a dual stock motor with the same 48V battery. Fatmax didnt compare to the torque of a dual stock motor. Anyways. There is a bunch of motors that fit the ninebot max way better than motor you mentioned as well at best price.

All electrical parts needed for conversions. I make them accordantly to voltage.

Board works on voltage of 36v All the way to 60v. Not bellow.

Sorry the late reply. If the piston isn’t going back is possibly a faulty part. Return it get a new one.

Oh yea! Dual Set up can work on single or dual without hacking. Is just matter of doing the right connections. Only thing is no reason to put 2 black controllers if you are going to get the same speed as it was one controller :(

You can double up battery if you can hack the controller. Definitely don’t add up speed. Scooter frame it’s weaker than regular g30. Sell it and get an old ninebot. All you would need it’s the frame and rebuild it with good parts. Use 48v up to 60v for regular commute on a g30. Not above with motors 1000w up to 1500w and not above.

Yes you need to replace the bms on your stock battery or upgrade the battery. We tried on stock battery and 24v external to convert to 60v but battery kept shutting off. We upgraded the battery bms with a 200a max discharge and that scooter is still running. However upgrading to a better battery would be the right thing to do. Set your controllers from wheel 38a continuous discharge and 64a peak. Motors of 11w on 60 on that set up are beast !

You can simply replace the internal battery with a 48v or 52v and replace the stock controller with a D controller and add a custom firmware and you have a 28-35mph nice scooter. Above that front suspensions need replacement. You could also simply add a 24v external and convert to 60v and add d controller.

I greet you from Croatia from the city of Split! these days a new controller is coming to me from aliex because my speed is limited to 25 kmh and when I hack it with xiaodash and change the region, 35 should be able to go, now if only after that I install that big 48 V battery, is it ready for driving or do I need to install something again, or are there enough custom regions on xiaodash?

@@esnkaz sorry, I don’t use fb. Do you have another way to connect? I want to upgrade my suspension, without spending an exorbitant amount of money or doing larger than necessary my max mod kits. Just an added dampener and rubber stopper might suffice, for a reasonable installation fee. What do you think? 🤔

I wish I could record everything but once scooters are build and done I don’t see them until some repairs are needed 😢 however top speed on this set up it’s 38-40 mph with a 170lbs rider single motor. Dual D controllers 1100w motors 60v set th38-40a continues discharge, hit 58mph free wheel and 45 loaded.

If leaking from the piston you will need to replace the seals which are find to get. If leaking I’ll suggest to replace it.

If your scooter it’s on 48v already by adding a 12v external then your scooter will be 60v. And yes you could do that upgrade if you have the 3 capacitors controller installed on your scooter. (D Controller) just remember your scooter need suspensions and adjustments for more speed as well stock motor will burn twice as fast.

@@esnkaz yeah but how do i charge it the batterys ive aways thorght they have to be the same voltage but do i just fully charge both batterys or is it fine to just charge them together

@@nathanieltomkins1841 if your wiring configuration is right you need to recharge each battery individually and at the same time is fine.

This HB-100 calipers are original for bikes and come with the adapter to install on big rotors. I made the first adapters to install on scooters back in 2020 and there after many others started to make adapters according to their scooters. The caliper adapter (bracket) you can check which one fits as they come for mounting on the front and rear and will tell from 140mm to 160mm and like that going up.

Do you know how hard is to replace the axle? That type of jobs a technician would be able to do. Here my advise, which is the easiest! Go to a repair shop and have them remade the thread. (You will need to replace the nut to a smaller size or buy the thread maker) Next choice buy the wheel. Unless front wheel. Again new wheel also would be cheaper and faster. Make sure batteries are in good conditions not too old or depleted. You can combine them for 72v set ups. Igual capacity. I would not go above. Those batteries come with the connections for the BMS and not needed unless you were going to reset it, which is not recommendable.

@@esnkaz The battery seems good 36 v with voltmeter but I can't change the battery connections to TX 60 connections (there are two inputs), I want to drive and charge the battery instead of Airboard battery with normal tx60 connections. That's why I need a wiring diagram for changing clutches, of course against payment. Thank you
