Go get small commercial properties like mcdonald's and burger kings , you could get fourteen hundred dollars a month just to cut a little bit of grass in a mcdonald's, clean the parking lot , trim the bushes once a month

My man yall need to put a pallet(can even cut in half so it’s not so tall) in the back of the trucks that have lot of hand tools so you see what all you have, save space and can grab easier with them all standing up
Ive been dealing with a company that does shoddy work like that at many different bank locations here in North Carolina. The maint company is located on Georgia
Years ago I serviced several walgreens for a management company. It was the first time that walgreens used a management company. They were great, I got over $100 bucks per prop(15 years ago). Every other service was extra, shrubs aeration, apps, etc, you name it. Props looked great. The next year walgreens fired that company and went cheaper, much cheaper. I wouldn't service them at those rates so they found someone who would. They look so ghetto and filthy now. The store managers would tell me that these management companies charged them $1000 every time I showed up. I called bs, and was shown the paperwork. I was also shown an eviction notice that one landlord sent a walgreen store because the management company wasn't taking care of the property. Walgreens doesn't own most of their properties, they lease them. Let that sink in for a bit.
If you want to see a horrible job done by a management company contractor, let me know. I'll send you some pics. You should see the caseys gas stations here, the grass clippings are piled up, looks like hay stacks all over the lawn. Some are 3 foot high!!! Our walgreen stores, the beds were just mulched but you can't see the mulch, as the weeds are 3 foot tall. 😂 I can't make this shit up.
What up I get for commercial Properties. $125 to $150 Per man hour. If There is 2 men on a commercial property, you figure that out per man hour. I would never do a commercial property for a hundred dollars . To cut grass, no matter what size it is. 👍
