Yuuup happened to me once to man only it was a Sod lawn , we laid it seemed fine 5 days later it all was almost dead ugh. Had to rip it out and replace it,but the customer was cool and insisted he pay for half and I refused it. And when it was all in he came out and shoved 1200 bucks cash in my pocket. Oh well

I drove for 10 years. A lot of times to save money, the dispatchers would tell you to leave the leftovers from the previous pour in the truck. Sometimes the previous pours had cloride or chemicals to excellerate the cure process.

Don’t have to be a complete Ayo about stuff. All you Gotta do is to replace it and they would do it without a problem or a word said.

Without a motivated leader type on each crew you'll need to have a schedule for them each day of what to do to whatever time they need to work til. I've had this problem for 20 years here in Fl. It's difficult finding dedicated workers that aren't pill heads or drunks or just lazy. More work on you, but you can't be everywhere at once. Have them sign off on the schedule every day. Finding out after the fact from the customer is the worst.
