I would like to add for anyone considering this you do need to separate the hair into smaller sections and use it that way. You can’t just brush the hair through and go. BUT you should do that anyway and it really only takes a few minutes. The hair I refurbished took to this tool so easily and quickly. I refurbished various brands/fibers and all responded great! Like new!

Just bought one to smooth a straight, heat friendly wig which I have worn in pigtails a lot this summer so the nape and front sides had gotten rough slightly. I wanted something quick but safe to use on all my HF and regular synthetic wigs. I would love this product to have another hotter setting for HF fibers which would halve the amount of tools I need and would make it even more useful. Thanks!

You can use our products with it, just make sure the fibers don’t become wet before using it.

Ok, I just found out about this tool and like most hot tools, I thought it could be used for heat friendly fibres. I only wear traditional synthetic wigs, never HD, so this is fine for both?

Okay, so I commented before saying this is a GameChanger. A few weeks have gone by and since I’ve been using this tool my wigs have a horrible smell. It Gives me a horrible headache and makes me nauseous. Any ideas why? The ONLY thing I’ve done different is use this tool. I’d appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
We haven’t heard this feedback before for the Hot Tool. Are you using shampoo meant for synthetic wigs?
