Like everybody else I found the time flew. I also didn't think I was working too hard... Until my glasses started steaming up 😂. I really loved it. Great for an active rest day ❤

I love this sequence. I really felt the workout in my shoulders and glutes. Overall my intention is to get back my Pilates body that I had 4/5 years ago - toned allover, slim, healthy, radiant. So for me, whole body workout from upper, core, lower, to posterior chain. I love the 15 minute workouts and I just keep adding until I feel I'm done.
I felt this one alot in my quads, it wasnt an easy one to start but just like your other workouts they get more manageable when keeping consistent. thank you for this gem! :)
Incredible workout! This was my first pilates bar workout and I love it. I really felt in on the sides of my glutes. My arms are also shaking from trying to keep the bar steady haha Thank you for this class :)

I just want you to know I get mad at you during the workouts but feel great after lol. I really enjoy the hip opening exercises. I don’t know if I haven’t seen it on one of your videos but, some back exercises would be nice if you don’t have them already!

I loved it! First times are always a little sloppy for me but you made it very easy to follow. Keeping my hips stacked while laying down can be challenging while I'm moving my legs around. I also felt that it was a bit awkward on my shoulders without a ball to support my neck. But I liked it and will try it again! I do love your upper body pilates bar video and I've done it twice now since I found you two days ago. :) Thank you!

I was given a pilates bar and had no idea what to do with it! Your videos are great, easy to follow and I am adding them into my routine, I'm mostly a yoga flow person so this is a good way to challenge myself.
Morning … thank you for getting in touch and huge thank you for your kind words. Any of the workouts focusing on full body or core strength might help you to build strength in your core. Keeping on track of your steps, 8-10km minimum a day will make a huge difference and preferably outdoors soaking up Mother Nature. Watching our sugar intake once we hit the menopause can help , HRT worked wonders for me and many of my clients in terms of energy levels and sleep which in turn helps you to be more active . Firstly massive well done on completing your first pilates bar workout.... the first of many 😉 x Great question .... focus on drawing your navel ( belly button ) in towards your spine and maintaining that connection 😀. Breathe . Just breathe. When we are concentrating we often hold our breathe. Breathe naturally and as you become more confident with the movements you can layer in the breathing patterns 👍 x
After doing Pilates in a studio for 18 months on a reformer, I really enjoying these classes and the flexibility it affords to do them when I want to. The instruction is great. Just a comment about this class is that I feel that the last exercise laying on my side, the reps are different? More exercises on the right side than the left?
Hi Lynette … 😂😂 you are probably right about the numbers not being the same on each side … the clients in my in-person classes would confirm that I am not great at counting and get carried away !! Hi 👋 great to hear you enjoyed this workout. It’s not common but neither is it unusual to have hip flexor pain doing the moves you mentioned. I would say that your hip flexors are tight and you would benefit for some quad/hip flexor/ psoas stretches . Xx

I tried the morning. How do I know if my hands are too long? I didn’t feel much- actually felt more in my arms! And how do you keep them on your feet? Is that because the bands might be too long? If so- just roll bar? I’m all new to this-thanks.
Hi 👋… I feel it in my arms too. You could try pulling the straps through the bar and tying knots further up to shorten the straps and add more tension x Enjoy xx 😁
