Best video I found on seat replacement.
I'd like to add that I always replace the black rubber compression washer at the same time as the seat. The seat is usually damaged by a very old, hardened compression washer that has been tightened down excessively hard to keep it from leaking.
Of course, the reason one replaces the seat is that you just replaced the washer and it did not solve the problem. 🙂

Thank you for the help. Yes they frequently need repairs and I wish no one would install them. Nothing like a 1.5 year lifespan on your bathroom sink.
