That tactics unfortunately is what gets the views that generates revenue. People love to hate on something. Honestly, the setting is cool, but the gameplay is pretty mediocre. I'm still enjoying it all the same and haven't ran into the performance problems that some others are suffering from.
I’m having a blast playing this game. I personally like it better than Dead Island 2. Quit playing island after my second play session because I was kind of bored of it.
Ok so for your first playthrough of dead Island2.. compare that to red fall. Red fall is so empty. The vampires bug out 4/10 times , texture pop in constantly. I'm not trying to argue or be mean. But compared to your first playthrough with Dead Island 2 , how does that stack up to red fall?

A friend of mine was playing with his sister and they enjoyed it as well. I'm not saying it's $70 worth, but def so far not as trash as everyone is saying. I think a lot of times folk see the reviews and then build their opinions around that and so their immediately biased based on what the "majority" says.
If your on new gen this game is underwhelming its 30 fps lock at launch instantly took me out the game old gen really holds back gaming for this reason anyone on old gen is okay with this game because there used to the game feeling super sluggish I'm deeply disappointed with the game 5 min exited out due to no performance mode and all Ive heard is it's a bland game really was excited for a new title to enjoy

Despite what steam discussions would have tou believe.....this game is actually pretty damned fun when tou get into it. Each class plays pretty differently as well.
Does a way to upgrade weapons come later in the game? I got a legendary shotgun from just killing the first vamp in the fire stations a lvl 2 Grim Tide which looks cool. But I'm lvl 7 now and it falls off on dmg vs other things. The questions are, 1. What happens with you salvage a Unrivaled Weapon(Legendary) do you get the skin for it or just money? 2. Does an option to lvl up the weapon to current player lvl happen later in the game for money or whatever?
Literally, none of that happens. Unfortunately, this game is a bit dated in its ideas and mechanics. I totally hate having the same 10 guns reskinned and rerolled into different colour codes. It's time-wasting filler, and I wish I could turn it off tbh.

The UV gun/Medosa is just a random drop, its a gun, not a bonus on a gun.. There's no specific droprates for stuff, everything is RNG Edit: the electricity tho is a bonus on guns, its on specific Legendary weapons.. The best droprate place for legendaries is fighting the Rook boss

Sir. Hunter the reckoning was my first game followed very quickly by vampire the masquerade bloodlines. I have fell beasts that would make your mortal mind collapse into a quivering mass of grey matter. I have seen creatures that were once human tortured into nothing more than shells of htred and disgust that were simply crushed in my grasp. These thin-blooded thieves of the gift will do little.
Almost made seem it worth playing. It reminds a lot of borderlands but without an engaging story. The performance issues are what kills the game. Good video though

@@criss5764 I installed the game yesterday, I didn't like the beginning at all (I just got off the ship) and for the first time I believed the reviews and immediately deleted it. After that I read somewhere that it reminds a bit of Far Cry (which I love btw) and I see more and more people saying that the game is really fun, so now I regret not giving it a real chance. On the other hand, High on Life also had bad reviews, and it's an excellent and very fun game whose only downside is that it is short. I'll try again after I finish Atomic Heart, which has weird controls but really appeals to me.

The only people who say this game sucks we’re just expecting something way different like left 4 dead. If u like fallout or dishonored, who will love this game. Fallout didnt even have cutscenes and nobody complained, and multiplayer is what fallout/ elder scrolls fans have dreamed of. It’s not perfect but it’s a 1st of its kind. A REAL open world co-op RPG. Hats off to Arkane and Bethesda. Edit: I know MMO’s exists, but this is not that. Imagine a co-op a fallout all about vampires and u have redfall.
Those vampires are slow, they could have made them fast and player would defend by parrying their attacks and guarding at the right moments (it could drain stamina). This would have been really cool.
The best bit I've experienced was the first time you meet a siphon vampire but other than that they are zero threat and usually killed before they even see you 😂😂😂😂
Yeah! In the beginning you confronted with like one at a time and they are the best vampires. You will get the parts where you have special vampires and regular vampires kind of feel like three or four on you at a time. So it eventually does take some calculated coordination and thought. They’re just warming up to it.
If you open up your inventory, on the right hand side, you get to hold one remnant. Select it and it will give you all the remnants you can choose from. Ones that are low tier you can also sell.
Nah... I like Warframe, for example. A lot of people do, I guess. But I'd never go as far as to say Warframe is a good game. It is a broken mess. Has been since forever, prolly always will be xD Game doesn't have to be great to have fun with it. Performance issues aside I would not say redfall is all that horrible..just not outstanding either. It does have a nice art style though, imho. Now do I think it is worth the asking price or would I recommend it to anyone? Absolutely not. The game is fun glad Bethesda choose to use unreal engine instead of that 30 year old hunk of junk they use for fallout and ESO plus it's free on gamepass on release really can't complain tbh

Lol massive exaggeration there has been plenty of far worse games, from what I have seen it's fun so far with a few bugs nothing as crazy as what has been said. Not to mention I can't help but wonder if a lot of these reviewers played on the easiest setting just to get through it quick and finish their review it's common and the game is way better at the highest difficulty.
