Homers garage is right in the same area is an old school bus... and the marler home aka hotel california is supposedly an old river boat captains house
We checked out the school bus too! We drove over to Marler's but it was getting late and we weren't sure how far of a hike in it was, so we left that for another day. We've seen lots of pictures of it - looks interesting!
Hello, I have been watching a number of your videos. (Well done, BTW, The National Parks Service would do well to contract you folks for all their parks!) Anyway, I live in Dayton Ohio and I'm planning to take my grandkids into Hoosier for some camping. I hope to study your videos for the needed info. However, I was wondering if you have an email you could share for more questions, etc. thanks
@@floydsmith2296 thank you so much for those kind words! We really appreciate that and are glad they have been helpful. Yes, you can contact us through email at heknbakhoward@hotmail.com
There aren't dump stations at the campgrounds, but there are at both the north and south entrances into the recreation area. There are water fill stations there also. It is beautiful - definitely worth a visit! Thanks for watching
Of the ones we visited in this video, I would say probably Taylor Bay has the most. Boswell and Redd have quite a few also. Most of them have some waterfront. The only ones in this video that aren't lakefront are Gatlin Point and Fenton. They are close to water, but none of the sites in these two are waterfront.
Thanks the video. Very informative
Thanks for watching!
I love Land Between The Lake's !
@@MitchellTickle1962 we do too! We wished we lived a little closer - we'd be out there more often!
Hello we were just out at LBL camping at Nickell Branch and they have add a QR code to their sign for payment. Great videos thank you for sharing.
@@carolryals9543 that's awesome - thanks for sharing that. We're planning a few days out there again in either Dec or Jan.
Thank you for putting this information together!
Thank you for watching! We really enjoyed checking them all out. There are still 3 on the north end I think that we haven't gotten too.

12:54 Cravens Bay does have flushable toilets up in the brick building on the hill
Thanks for confirming that! Appreciate the comment!

Which self service campground has the most waterfront spots?

Cravens & sugar bay is our favorite
Sugar Bay is just a little harder to get to being gravel, but we really like that one. Those sites up on the hill are awesome!
