I hate to keep making comments. But your videos are AWESOME! I'm a retired Marine and my wife a school teacher, and your videos motivate us towards our new Hobbie/lifestyle.
My mother grew up in Land between the Lakes. The TVA forced them to move twice. They ended up having to move out of LBL but it’s still very special to our family. There are many hidden treasures there. Great video!
Fantastic. We're in Louisville and will soon be getting into over-landing here in Kentucky and branching out into other states as we get into it more. Very exciting. Love your videos.

Thanks! And next time we will definitely post something on our Instagram and Facebook a out when we will be there. Hopefully we can hook up with some of you all!

I'm new to the channel, but have been looking for places to go in Kentucky! Thank you! I'm in a stock 2020 Ram Rebel, do you think I'd make it on these trails?
I just got a $180 ticket for camping at Persimmon Beach. Forest service is claiming the road down to the beach is illegal. I asked why they have made no attempt to close the road or post signs. They said because people will just remove them. It’s basically a money making machine for them because there’s nothing that would lead you to believe you cannot drive to the beach. Anyways, you are apparently allowed to camp above the beach. Just do not drive down the hill.
It’s crazy because the campsite up the hill has trash all over, trees cut down, etc. The lower beach site has clearly been used by people who are cleaning up after themselves and respecting the site.
@Ian Kreidich the lower beach was trashed too. The "memory tree" is now a home to burned out camp glow sticks, bent tent stakes & empty Modelo bottles.
@@CoddiwompleOverland ya i live 5 mi south of Lbl, and you can do a lot of it in a stock 4x4 but bigger tires and a lift are way better out there, and its easy to get stuck in some spots, especially in the rain
