So that’s most likely what the client wanted.. so I wouldn’t call it incomplete. But I get what you’re saying. I still think 1 cut out of 10 is an A.. like in any type of grading scale, that’s 90% good quality blends, lines, etc. we all know that JT can cut course hair, so shouldn’t be too harsh
