If he was in Barber school, many of those cuts would have gotten him an F. If Jeezy is going to do these kinds of videos he needs to be honest. At least he was encouraging buddy. Everybody starts somewhere and nobody starts off as an expert but so many of this generation thinks anything critical is hating. That's why there is so much mediocrity in the marketplace today. No is willing to be honest with their friends/family and they couldn't take it even if you were honest with them.

Rush, rush, rush, rush, rush! He’s focused on quantity, not quality. I was cringing on how he applies the enhancements...way too much. I think he has great potential. Just needs to work on the detailing and fine tuning the cut overall.
He needs to cut atleast 8-10 heads a day. 45 min a cut, detail is what makes your prices and following go up.
When you say enhancement what do you mean. Care to explain
Andree Dowell some barbers use enhancements on the clients if they ask for it, it makes the lineup and beard super dark & adding too much can make it look totally fake and messy

I have my own shop in Seattle for 3 years and have been cutting for 9. I try to get everyone out in 30 minutes but if I ain't perfect! You ain't leaving. Most customers appreciate the extra time and attention to detail. Nice review Jeezy!

I’m glad 360 made this video for a lot of young cats coming up. Major key points stop using enhancements it’s not ment to fix your mistakes! Take your time don’t rush, don’t make sloppy parts, come in to the hair cut with a game plan. Quality not quantity 🧏🏽♂️ listen guys
Not a licensed barber but I just love cutting hair and seeing the outcome. I'm self taught a lot of mistakes on myself before I ever got confident in cutting other's but now I feel like I cut just like I have a license. Really enjoy all your videos lots of little things you have taught me.

Trust me when I tell you, once your customers realize how bad your cuts are, they will NOT return. Most barbers fail to understand this.
Its all about quality and great customer service too, not just quantity. Quantity comes with time through great cuts.

He needs to shear over comb. He’s creating way too much shape with the clipper over comb. And he needs to detail more. He don’t detail because he got 16 clients a day, no wonder they were bad.
I’m sorry but if you cut 15 people a day, your cuts are not gonna come out good. It’s all rushed, no detail. And you need to learn how to use shears. ESPECIALLY on straight hair clients

16 clients. Let's say he works 8 hours. Each clients is getting 30 minutes. Throws in some breaks and he may be doing 20 minute jobs. The work is very poor and looks rushed. I don't know how you can let some of those client leave the barbershop looking like that. Some of them may not come back. I really hope he improves.
When people say "I'm cold with the clippers" they're usually trash cutting the top or scissor/shear over comb.

To have 15/16 clients in a day is a blessing ... maybe space them out 30-45 minutes at a time and take ur time hold off on the enhancements watch some videos on the proper way to apply enhancements and keep doing ur thing 💈✊🏾✂️
