My friends and I dissected the storyline (the way aficionados lovingly dissected the Star Wars franchise) and came up with so many interpretations. For context, Sameer forgets to meet Priya at a determined time. We cutaway to Sameer meeting Priya at her doorstep, smiles at Sameer, and then slaps him. But instead of Priya's hand slapping Sameer, we see Sameer do that to himself!
This is genius editing, because through this cutaway-in-action, the edit shows Sameer's guilt for Priya.
The fun fact is Vir das is the one who said in a movie named "Delhi belly" Yeh shadi nahi ho sakti in the middle of the wedding 😂😂
