Finally! I've seen a lot of tutorials about essential oils candles and yours is THE FIRST ONE, which actually explains briefly and accurately without unnecessary babble, how to do it properly. Big Thank U for that! Keep doing your content, because unlike most other candle creators - you are doing it very well and to the point !

Hanna I love your teaching style and how you go straight to the point. Thanks a lot! I'd like to suggest creating a video explaining the many different ways to melt candle and their pros and cons. I am still a bit confused on how melting with a hot plate is different from melting directly on the induction oven for example (which I read it's bad because it can burn the candle). Thanks a lot.
AWESOME VIDEO! Thank you for these tips. My lungs need only EO's and I'd been just adding to the melted wax of soy or beeswax candles. This is a lovely new thing for me to try as we have a crafting day with family coming up!
I melted the paraffin wax in an aluminum can double boil. The water temperature was higher than 185, so that was messed up but I took it out to cool down once wax melted. I waited for temp to cool to 130. The problem is the wax got solid and the essential oils were too difficult to mix thoroughly. The wax was clumpy as I stirred. I added sandlewood and Palo Santos for a woody fragrance. What is your recommendation so I can mix the essential oil in the wax?
Soy is very dangerous to have around women - it cause ovarian cancer, and many other issues within our nervous system and endocrine systems. I work with a natural medicine doctor and she will not even use soy in cooking .

Can you add anything to pure essential oils to stabilise them? I would ideally like to use the pure essential oil for best scent but also like to make it lasting
Hello! Yes, with essential oil candles since you have to add the oil at a much cooler temperature it's best to add the color initially at a hotter temperature (185) because the color won't spread and mix as nicely when the wax is a cooler temperature.
Ehh idk what to think... I use EO but so many people say it is not allowed as there is too high risk of fire during burning... What is your opinion guys?
Excellent tutorial! Thank you. I have a question: When making candles with C6 or or C3 the recommended pour temp is 160 to 170. How would you adjust your EO add temp to accommodate the higher pour temp? I have found so far that when I pour at lower than 160 I get more sink holes and rough tops.

Is there any reason why you don't mention curing the candles for up to two weeks? After following the videos and having trouble with tunelling, I found out that almost everywhere it's suggested to cure the candle from 1-2 weeks instead of using after leaving it overnight. Maybe I missed something? Thanks a lot.
