When I lived in Sudan I always ate it with fresh cucumber cubes. It just adds so much freshness in it. Foul is one of the best dishes I have ever tried. Miss it so much I might even try to recreate it.
I made this for the first time yesterday. It made me feel happy. My body was just calm kinda like a high. I love it. What a wonderful way to start the day! Thank you for sharing.
I used to live in Sudan when I was a child and I really miss it and the local foul. It looks great uncle!

And how about you are you from eritrea

For my taste, a little too heavy on the cumin. A teaspoon and a half for one can of fava, you must really like it.
I admire your effort but honestly that's not how it's done.
Lovely
