You guys are amazing! I was entrusted to cook a brisket (1st time for me) for a party of 20 people yesterday in the west of Ireland. I TH-camd several recipes and yours was far and away the best one I ever saw. You’re joie de vivre while cooking was infectious, and after I added a little cornflour to the juices left over in the slow cooker…..a meal fit for a king was manifest!!! Finger licking frickin awesome 😊. Kudos to you both and you will be my default setting for all future bbq’s, soirées and candlelit suppers when needed! I’m now the culinary queen of Galway thanks to you two. Just remember……not all hero’s wear capes!👌😀👍❤️🇨🇮

I did not see what temp you cooked brisket at. Did you cook at a temp or just select low, medium, or high. Otherwise brisket looks delicious
    😊

    • @HowToFeedaLoon

Hi there! We cook it on LOW in our slow-cooker for 8 to 10 hours, but you could cook it on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours. You could also roast it in a 325°F oven, covered, preferably in a Dutch oven. Hope this helps. It really is super delicious!

    • @HowToFeedaLoon

So sorry for the delayed response, Ben! You can absolutely go with a point cut of a brisket in your slow cooker, it's just a bit fattier...hope this helps!
