For 61,500 that doesn't seem like alot of SqM. I'm also assuming that price doesn't include foundations and connections to water,gas and electricity.

yeah that's the best idea i have found until now, yet, the price tag seems high if you think of the surface these have, and there's still no land and no electricity/water... (for those who don't want to live off grid). Hopefully the 3 module house could be kept under 100.000 which i would consider, after knowing the warranty conditions, the insulation capability and maintenance requirements of these homes...
BTW how much of these are they selling? We seldom see "real" homes, only ads and vids are several years old.

The price is pretty ridiculous considering you would have to pay for it all in cash as I doubt any lender would give you a loan with even a slightly reasonable interest rate. Also, unless you are able to find the land to put one on for free that will be a relatively high cost. The only way I can see these working is they might POSSIBLY be okay for small holiday homes. But even then the initial cost of the things is still too high and the ROI's won't be anything special. Could just build a small wooden shack with the same square footage for half the price.
