4 Ways to UNLOCK your LOCKED PS4 GAMES & APPS (PS4 Tutorial)

- In this 4 Ways to UNLOCK your LOCKED PS4 GAMES and Apps PS4 Tutorial, I am going to show you the best ways to fix your LOCKED PS4 games. It can be frustrating logging into your PS4 and finding your digital games you bought with a locked symbol on them.
The first step to try is restarting your PS4 and logging into the primary account on the PS4 with PS Plus. Then go to the network setting and view playstation services to verify playstation network is up and running. Next go to account management and activate as your primary PS4. If you already have your PS4 activated as primary, deactivate your ps4 as primary and then reactive your PS4 as primary.
This will fix most issues your will be having. However, if that didn't help, try going to restore licensing. This will restore all the licensing you have purchased from digital content on the playstation store.
1. Restart PS4 * Log in to main account *
2. View Playstation network status
3. Active / deactivate Primary
4. Restore licenses on the PS4. ...

Id like to thank you sir . Although this may be an old video , it was very helpful . I had tried everything but the fact you explained if there was an issue with psn this would ultimately fail , this is what helped as this was the case , and know matter how many times id try nothing worked . Turned it on today and low and be hold all up and running .
It worked! I restored the licenses and I got my Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare saved game back! Woohoo!

A vision of the future think about it like this if you get the digital system you won't own any of your games and if anything like this happens you will be completely locked out of your whole system.

Can someone help plz!!! I used to game with my son all the time; we have 2 ps4. My account has the ps+ sub.
His ps4 is set to primary. Then he logs onto his made non ps+ account.
My PS4 is deactivated but im logged into my ps+ account on it. Its been fine playing together online the same game, but now his account cant play anything including youtube. Everything is locked.
Ive tried deactivating all accounts as a primary and now i cannot set any ps4 as primary. Ive restored liscenses. And now we havent been able to play games together for months!
What worked for me was disconecting the Internet connection from playstation and from the router, I turned off the ps and came back after 5 minutes, connected to the Internet and I was able to play my games

Hyp in the update you only can share your game with only 1 people I mean you and your friend you can’t on 3 devices maybe the serves would think that acc is getting hacked and they will ban it

For me I bought a game on a different account on the same ps4 but now it’s locked for my main account
Simple fix go on that account you purchased the game and make it your primary account
RslashProbean that’s not fixing it then the other account can’t play it
@@crazywormy5869 you need to fully explain the situation. The account with all the games should be the primary. That way that console can play the games. And that primary account can play the games on any ps4

AngelDaGoat ! Try this go to the original owner of the game s Account settings/ Account management/ restore licenses which will lock everyone’s game except for the owner and you game share but make Sure his friend doesn’t get to do it after you
Btw two people that are using the game from the original owner can’t do it and if this doesn’t work, comment on one of my vids and give me your phone number don’t worry I’ll delete it after I get it and I’ll send you the video that how it let me play Modern Warfare off of my sisters account because before I couldn’t activate it because someone else was using it so this other video helped me to get the other person that was using her account disable them

If you have two controllers u can log on to his acc and log in to yours and then on his acc click cod and at the start screen the controller your using just push start

What if your playstation plus ran out on a different account and then I buy the PlayStation plus on some other account will i still be able to unlock it even if the playstation plus is on some other account? It says I have to buy the content on playstation store when I already had it downloaded.
